Set in the rolling hills of South Devon, Pool Mill Farm is home to a herd of alpacas. Many of the alpacas were born and bred at the farm and all animals are registered with the British Alpaca Society.

Alpacas originate from South America and are part of the Camelid family, similar to a small llama. These animals are content, friendly and reared for their fleece.

The animals are shorn annually, with the fleece being used to create a line of soft, luxury scarves available to purchase. The wool is warmer than sheep’s wool, hypoallergenic and glossy. The scarves are available in five varieties.
